The scratch storage was down due to “too many open files”. Often the reason is a job array opening a lot of files without closing them properly. Contact us if think you scripts may be triggering the issue.
We have restarted both servers.

We are sorry to announce that we must perform an immediate emergency shutdown of the Baobab HPC cluster due to a critical cooling issue in the datacenter.
This action is required to protect the hardware and ensure the safety and integrity of your data.
