Referencing our last incident on scratch: [2024] Current issues on HPC Cluster - #22 by Adrien.Albert
We wanted to inform you that a maintenance has been scheduled for the 25th of September, which will last the entire day. During this time, our provider will be replacing the faulty component that caused the issue.
We hope that their storage expertise will help limit any data loss and, at best, ensure a full recovery.

In the email we received on Monday Sept 16 2024, subject line, “Bamboo special maintenance”, it said that Bamboo would be down on Sept 23 2024, starting at 8am.
It appears that bamboo is still available though.
I assume this was a typo in the email?
Our service provider has rescheduled the intervention for September 25.

The maintenance is finished with success: no data loss and service restored.
Dear users,
Unfortunately, the storage provider’s intervention on the 25th of September to restore the storage isn’t reliable: the same server crashed last night.
For the time being, scratch storage is not available on Bamboo.
We’ll keep you informed, thank you for your understanding.
