I am unable to access Baobab using Putty and Filezilla today (“Erreur : Impossible d’établir une connexion au serveur”). I would like to be able to retrieve processed data as soon as possible. Last time I used the cluster with no issue was on December 23 or 24.

You may be able to access data using https://openondemand.baobab.hpc.unige.ch .
