Cannot access /dpnc/ directory

Hello,
My command prompt is not responding when I do ‘ls /dpnc/beegfs/’ .
what could be the problem?

There is probably an issue withe the dpnc server who is doing the storage. We aren’t managing it.
I already wrote to Yann Meunier who is maintaining it.

Many nodes of the DPNC partition are down. This is related to this issue.

Hello I have experienced issues using the dpnc-EL7 partition as well. Thank you for the feedback @Yann.Sagon . I hope it will be solved quickly.

Hi all,
Seems like this issue is back again since the morning, today. I cannot cd into /dpnc and one other directory in /home/users/r/ruina
In this case, for now and also if it happens again in the future, should I report it here or contact Yann Meunier directly?
