Hello,

Username: $solfrini
Cluster: $Yggdrasil

I’m trying to ask for a GPU but I see the following message:

salloc: error: Job submit/allocate failed: Invalid account or account/partition combination specified

I’ve tried with a debug-gpu, with a shared-gpu and also with a public-gpu. For instance:

salloc --partition=shared-gpu --time=01:00:00 --gpus=1

Can you help me, please?

Dear @Sonia.Solfrini this is fixed, this was an error in our side. It seems you were never able to launch a job on the cluster, is this correct?

Yes I have never been able to launch a job. The error is still there: I will try later to see if it works. Maybe it needs some time to update stuff. Thank you.
