I cant login on Yggdrasil and neither can my colleagues. Is there something going on?

Update: I’m able to login. However, now I get a “Remote I/O error.”

I confirm I can now log in too but still get Remote IO error as before the login issue.

I am still getting IO error with ls command

I am also experiencing the same Remote I/O error when attempting to access my directory on the Yggdrasil cluster. Specifically, the error occurs when I try to list the contents of my home directory (/home/users/p/pietrobo) using the ls command.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Log in to the cluster:
    ssh pietrobo@login1
  2. Navigate to my home directory:
    cd /home/users/p/pietrobo
  3. Attempt to list files:
    ls
    Error output:
    ls: reading directory '.': Remote I/O error

Problem seems to be back as of 14h04.

Hi, just an update, Yggdrasil hanging for me when trying command.

I also have troubles to connect or copy files from yggdrasil to my computer. It’s either filing or taking a lot of time.

Hi, I can’t access Yggdrasil or download data from it, this is after today’s morning fix to the login
