Dear users, we have installed a new software: miRDeep2 0.1.3:

    Description:
      miRDeep2 is a completely overhauled tool which discovers microRNA genes by analyzing sequenced RNAs 


    You will need to load all module(s) on any one of the lines below before the "miRDeep2/0.1.3" module is available to load.

      GCC/11.2.0  OpenMPI/4.1.1
