      This project contains command line tools to perform rigid, affine and non-linear registration of nifti or analyse images as well as utilities


    You will need to load all module(s) on any one of the lines below before the "NiftyReg/99d584e" module is available to load.

      GCC/8.3.0  OpenMPI/3.1.4
