Remote I/O error Yggdrasil

Good morning,

I’m writing to report an issue I’m experiencing when trying to SSH into Yggdrasil. Since this morning, I’ve been encountering a “Remote I/O error” when attempting to read or copy Python scripts from the server to my local computer. This error is consistently occurring and is preventing me from accessing the files I need to work on. Can you please provide assistance in resolving this issue?

Hello,

I was experiencing a similar issue while working from the interactive node (cpu003). Opening some files in the scratch partition was failing to due to “Remote I/O error”.

Now it would appear that the interactive node itself is just not working any more (all the resources are taken or the node is down?). Not sure if the two issues are related.

Any help would be really appreciated!

please do not mix the threads, it is hard to follow the issues then.

The issue you are having on Baobab isn’t related.
