Sacct/sreport do not work on login bamboo/baobab

Dear HPC team,
sacct and sreport gives error:

sacct: error: slurm_persist_conn_open: No response to persist_init 
sacct: error: Sending PersistInit msg: Resource temporarily unavailable 
sacct: error: Problem talking to the database: Resource temporarily unavailable

I didn’t get the error, maybe temporry effect.
Do you still have the error ?
