Are you starting writing bash files for HPC? Any difficulties?

You can try now the shiny app HPC sbatch deployment scripts to make this process easier. For the moment we only included R for the application, but we may develop it further in the future.

Great ! I thought it was a bash script to run shiny apps… But it is a shiny app to write bash scripts. Very useful indeed.
