Just a quick note to say hello to the HPC team and users. I am starting my position in the biochemistry department where I’ll be supporting research groups in their image analysis tasks (mainly optical microscopy). Some of these projects may involve HPC.
In the future I’ll probably be using nextflow orchestration for well defined end-to-end tasks, but I’m also curious regarding the possibility to use interactive sessions or even short-live jobs (a bit like AWS lambdas?).
