On my side other than core linux utilities like rsync, ssh, cat, echo, htop ; I only use Singularity.
I have also installed in my home directory kubectl to interact with my personal kubernetes cluster from baobab mainly as a callback to indicate that a job is finished.

I’m in the data mining team in HEG and University in computer science.

Hi

I am from Department of Astronomy, and for the variety of experiments we have a lot of different software packages, written mostly in C, C++, python, Java, Go, etc and using many other common libraries.
So I use them in singularity, with a very simple bash scripts, linking the workflows to the services outside baobab.

Cheers

Volodymyr
