Unable to connect to Baobab

Dear HPC team,

I have been trying to connect to Baobab via ssh this morning, but it always fails with a message saying ‘‘Connection timed out’’. So I am wondering if Baobab is down today. Can you please look into this and let me know why this is happening?

Hello,

Baobab login node is unreachable at the moment.

Login node Baobab have been rebooted.

I have the same problem today. I changed the adress as specified some time ago : login1 instead of login2. But I cannot get the connexion. Is there anything to change ?

Hello @Camille.Christe

I don’t see any connection attempts in the login1.baobab logs. Could you give the command you run to connect to Baobab?
