Hi, it would seem that the access to Baobab is denied to several people, including me, my colleague and other users (see previous post about FileZilla). I am aware that the IT team is busy with the Bamboo maintenance, but I hope this can be addressed asap. Thank you very much!

Same here and one colleague experiences the same issue on Baobab (but Yggdrasil works fine apparently)
any news? On my side, the connexion still doesn’t work and still no answer to my ticket to the IT neither

I still have the same problem this morning… 
Baobab login node asks for the password in loop, while connection to yggdrasil is possible.

Funny thing is that I can still connect through onDemand to have a bash and monitor jobs…
And actually they crashed because Scratch is full full… like no “space left on device” errors in logs.
Don’t know it this has a link with issues on login node.
The access seems to be back and based on the last email and the post here, I guess that the fact that scratch is full may be part of the issue (?)

As mentioned in our previous communication, we have been busy with Bamboo maintenance. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
This morning, I sent an email requesting everyone’s help in keeping Baobab running smoothly by removing unnecessary data from scratch storage. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Additionally, we have been working to identify users who may be incorrectly using the login node instead of a compute node, which could have contributed to instability.
I have restarted a service, and I am now able to log in as a user. Could you please try logging in and let us know if everything is working correctly for you?
