Docker vs Virtual ENV Python

Is it possible to create a virtual env in the HPC cluster bamboo? I would like to be able to version control my packages. For example like: .venv or conda. Is it better to run a Docker to version control instead? If so are there any examples of this with the sbatch script? Thank you!
