No more home directory on Bamboo

Dear HPC team,

Username moinatl
Cluster: Bamboo

I cannot access the Bamboo home directory, as it seems that it is not here anymore. I am the only one facing this problem ?

Same problem here, although the issue is not consistent.

The error I get is
Could not chdir to home directory /home/users/k/klug: Communication error on send
