Hello,
Can confirm this is an issue multiple users are facing. Are there any solutions yet?

For me, it got fixed during the day (yesterday). But it start this morning again:

salloc: error: Job submit/allocate failed: Socket timed out on send/recv operation

Dear users,

We have since few day some slurm faillure and we need to restart services each time the daemon is freezed. Tu solve this issue we restarted the slurm server this morning and all is now working fine.
