Since today, there seems to be issues with using git with scratch on Baobab. For existing git repositories, I get an error
fatal: Not a git repository (or any parent up to mount point /srv/beegfs/scratch)
Stopping at filesystem boundary (GIT_DISCOVERY_ACROSS_FILESYSTEM not set).
When trying to reinitialise the repo (or create a new repo), I get the following errors -
error: /srv/beegfs/scratch/users/r/radhakrb/.git/description: close error: Erreur d'entr?e/sortie sur l'h?te cible
fatal: cannot copy '/usr/share/git-core/templates/description' to '/srv/beegfs/scratch/users/r/radhakrb/.git/description': Erreur d'entr?e/sortie sur l'h?te cible
I would appreciate any help in resolving this
