Is there a way to a folder with a public link to download a folder ?

You want to allow other people not connected to Baobab to download data in a folder on Baobab?
No, we don’t support that. Baobab is an HPC facility not a NAS. If you want to share your data you should move them to another storage, such as the NASAC or Yareta. For the same reason, Baobab’s user aren’t supposed to use Baobab as long term storage.
