No space left in device

Dear HPC team,

While using baobab, I get the following error when doing cd and autocomplete:
bash: cannot create temp file for here-document: No space left on device

Do you know how I could fixed this problem.

Thank you,

Enzo.

Same here.
There is laso another problem, which may be related: When trying to launch R, it says:

Fatal error: cannot create ‘R_TempDir’

The problem should be that / is full (and subsequently relying on /tmp gives problems):

$ df -h /
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/mapper/system_vg-root 9.8G 9.3G 0 100% /

So it is a general problem, no much that we can do I guess

Dear All,

Until the next Baboab maintenance, the temporary directory (tmp) has been linked to vg_srv.

(baobab)-[root@login2 ~]$ df /tmp -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/mapper/system_vg-srv 207G 28G 169G 15% /tmp

However, we reserve the right to perform a cleanup if the filling of this new temporary directory affects the proper functioning of the system.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and hope that this measure addresses your needs.

Best Regards,
